Yoga and Meditation class Wednesdays at 10am
This class includes one hour of asana practice (beginner/general level) followed by a
combination of meditation instruction, yoga breathing and relaxation techniques. This class commenced
in the middle of 2008 and now has a strong core group of students who enjoy practising regularly together.
The sequences and techniques are designed to be accessible for students at all levels of practise and
experience. No registration required.

Meditation Practice Online Course. We spend a lot of time, energy and money on our physical health and
appearance, but what of our mental and emotional health? Meditation improves emotional, mental and spiritual
wellbeing, and is simple and accessible. 'Meditation Practice' is designed by Michele. It is a 6-month
course of weekly, emailed lessons that gives you techniques, guidance and support to establish a personal
daily practice. The course is especially suited to those of us who have increasingly busy lives and find it
hard to attend a group. It requires just 7 minutes of your time daily to practise - that's only seven out of
the 1440 minutes of your day! Previous participants had this to say about the course:
