to Baulkham Hills Yoga Studio. James
and Michele Sierra have been teaching in the Hills area of Sydney for
20 years and invite you to join our continuously growing yoga community.
Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced yoga student we conduct
classes to suit your specific needs.
We offer 15 yoga classes per
week at various levels ranging from beginner to intermediate. The Studio has 6
qualified teachers of various training backgrounds in the traditions of Hatha
Yoga, Iyengar and Astanga styles of yoga. Short courses in Meditation and Introduction to Yoga are also offered on an ongoing
basis
In order to achieve the
physical and psychological benefits of yoga, all that is required is regular
practice and a desire to access deeper levels of fitness and well-being.
Contrary to popular belief you do not need to be flexible to practice
yoga. Yoga is for everyone - all ages, body types and fitness levels.
Along with developing
physical strength and flexibility, the practice of Yoga includes breath and mind
awareness giving the practitioner valuable tools to manage stress.
You will attain most benefit from yoga if you attend classes regularly (1-3 times per week)
