'General' yoga classes are held in the old Uniting Church Hall on New Line Road, Cherrybrook (opposite Cherrybrook Public School).

Yoga Class Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are able to use the yoga class card in any yoga class of your choice and no prior registration is required. If you are unsure of the appropriate level class for you please contact us directly. Not all classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga.
CLASSES & COURSES
Beginner Classes -for students new to Yoga or those wanting to renew their practice.
General Classes - Suitable to all levels of Yoga experience. The classes develop a physical approach to the practices of Yoga and focus on strength, flexibility, and alignment. Each week we build on a balanced sequence including standing poses, twists, forward bends, back bends and inverted poses. Some classes include a dynamic breath-focused vinyasa (movement) approach.
Intermediate Classes -every third Friday of the month 7pm-8.30pm. Suitable to experienced yoga students. Registration required. Please contact James to express your interest.
Private Yoga Lessons (1-3 People) - Designed to meet your individual needs. These lessons may include designing a personal Yoga practice, meditation, or specific breathing techniques. The lessons are also beneficial for therapeutic needs such as physical injury, anxiety and stress related symptoms. These classes are offered by Michele and James.
What I need to know before attending class:
- Wear loose comfortable clothing
- It is preferable not to eat a large meal up to a couple of hours before class
- Please inform the teacher of any injuries or conditions (such as high blood pressure, pregnancy) when you arrive for the class.
- If you are new to yoga please notify the teacher before commencing class
You
will obtain the most benefit from yoga if you attend classes regularly
(1-3 times per week).
