Welcome to Baulkham Hills Yoga Studio and Health Centre where we inspire to bring the best out in each student! Established in the Hills area for over 20 years - our yoga community and classes are interactive, led by experienced instructors of various training backgrounds - including Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Astanga, dynamic flow and restorative yoga.

Courses in Mindfulness Meditation, yoga breathing (pranayama) and Yoga Teacher Training are also offered on an ongoing basis.

| In order to achieve the physical and psychological benefits of yoga, all that is required is regular practice and a desire to access deeper levels of fitness and well-being. Contrary to popular belief you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is for everyone - all ages, body types and fitness levels. |
