Welcome to Baulkham Hills Yoga Studio and Health Centre where we inspire to bring the best out in each student!  Established in the Hills area for over 20 years - our yoga community and classes are interactive, led by experienced instructors of various training backgrounds  - including Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Astanga, dynamic flow and restorative yoga.

Courses in Mindfulness Meditation, yoga breathing (pranayama) and Yoga Teacher Training are also offered on an ongoing basis. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yoga practitioner we conduct classes to suit your specific needs.

In order to achieve the physical and psychological benefits of yoga, all that is required is regular practice and a desire to access deeper levels of fitness and well-being.  Contrary to popular belief you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. Yoga is for everyone - all ages, body types and fitness levels.
